① This machine is designed to soften the rear part of the shoes. After placing the shoe upper into the heated shoe mold, set the appropriate temperature and time, and then control the softening function through the control buttons at the front of the machine.

② The machine is controlled through the main control panel located very close to the operator‘s working position. The machine has a worktable and a control panel, designed for manual operation.

③ The machine softens the shoe upper by spraying mixed hot steam. The hot air is sprayed onto the shoe upper through small holes in the template. Below the shoe sole, only hot air is sprayed to prevent damage to the glue on the shoe sole, while the sprayed steam only softens the edge of the shoe upper.

④ The machine is equipped with a steam generator, a water pump, and a water level regulator composed of two microswitches. One microswitch controls the water level in the boiler, and the other controls the heating tube in the water, thereby controlling the heating of the water in the boiler.

⑤ It can also be dried, facilitating the strengthening of the adhesion of the glue.
